The Voice

⁸ The priest must remove all of the fat from the bull being offered as a purification offering for sin, the fat covering and surrounding the organs, ⁹ the two kidneys and the fat on them near the loins, and the lobe of the liver (which must be removed with the kidneys). ¹⁰ He should remove these portions in the same manner that they are removed from the ox sacrificed as a peace offering. The priest should then offer them on the altar of burnt offering.
